Howdy!
Challenging airplane day Saturday… master switch died… had a spare on the ‘parts plane’ which (with the help of my mechanic friend who was along for the ride) switched it out successfully.
Started both engines without problems thereafter… until within a few moments of starting the right engine, this blaring yellow light caught my attention labeled ‘starter’. Crap! Shut everything down lickety split. hung starter! Now, everytime I turn master switch on, the right engine turns over!
Asking for help with strategy…. I am thinking to check the right starter switch first… maybe something got messed with as we took the panel off and back on… hoping problems is related to this…
if not electrical switch, I am guessing something with the starter itself… which sounds difficult and expensive.
